Your Rights as a Client

  • You present a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.

  • Records are subpoenaed or ordered by a court.

  • Other situations required by law.

You will be informed whenever possible if disclosure is required.

Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)

Under federal law, if you are not using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of the expected cost of services.

The estimate outlines anticipated costs based on frequency and treatment goals. Because therapy is individualized, the total number of sessions cannot be guaranteed.
