You’ve spent so much of your life holding everything together. For your family, your relationships, your job. Whether it’s always being the strong one or the steady one, or the one who’s outgrown the version of yourself that only knows how to survive, you’re tired…and you’re ready for something deeper: healing that feels grounding, empowering, and built just for you.
I help adults who feel stuck, unseen, or emotionally overloaded reconnect with who they are beneath the survival patterns.
My work blends:
Neuroscience-informed care
Psychodynamic depth
Somatic (body-based) tools
Expressive and creative therapies
A strong, authentic therapeutic relationship
Because healing doesn’t happen through techniques alone — it happens through connection.
Outside of session, you’ll find me at the barn with my mustang, Raven, playing video games with my cats, or spending intentional time in the garden with my fiancée. I believe healing includes laughter, movement, nature, and the beautifully messy parts of being human.
